Rene Marie Russo was an American actress, director, and supermodel. Rene Marie Russo is a famous American actor, film maker and former supermodel. She is known for her elegance beauty. Her longevity in a competitive and crowded industry shows her skills and talent as an actor. In the 70s, she began her modeling career, and soon was one of the most prominent figures in this industry. At the beginning of 1990 she started studying the theatre and acting. Then after that, in Los Angeles and California she appeared on stage for the first time. in 1987 Russo portrayed Eden Kendell in ABC's drama Sable. She was Tom Berengers' love interest two years later in Major League, her debut movie. Critics, initially skeptical by her acting skills but eventually redeemed themselves after seeing her consistent work. In Wolfgang Petersens Outbreak she was hailed by critics for the way she performed in the face of Dustin Hoffman, Morgan Freeman as well as other actors. But, as per her own words she never was passionate about the acting. She took a self-imposed long vacation in 2005. In 2006, she made a return with Thor. Also, she appeared in Nightcrawler which her husband was awarded an Oscar for. The Intern was her first humorous comedy. She went on to appear in Just Getting Started and other comedy films.

Rose Namajunas, one of the most well-known female UFC athletes, is a successful athlete. She started out as an amateur fighter that competed in regional events before joining Invicta Fighting Championships. Then she became a member of in the Ultimate Fighting Championships. Since her entry into the UFC, she has become a household name due to her accomplishments both in and out of the Octagon. Namajunas is a Lithuanian born American, who was born on June 29, 1992 in Milwaukee Wisconsin. Rose was involved in a variety of activities as a kid, including basketball and Kickboxing. Invicta Fighting Championships was her first fight in professional. She was just 18 and had already won two bouts via submission. Dana White noticed this and when she was in December 2014 at age 22, she signed up to compete as a strawweight with UFC. Through Rose s career she has been through periods of extremes and lows, but every time coming out on top. Rose took on Carla Esparza at The Ultimate Fighter 20 Finale in April of 2015. Rose was awarded the Women's Strawweight Title and was also named the Fighter of The Night. This was the first time that a female competed against a major promotion to win a championship. Following this victory Namajunas went onto have several victories, including defeating Joanna Jedrzejczyk twice which earned her Performance Of The Night honors from UFC after these wins .
